PT SESSIONS

  • A complete personalised session with me, where you will be guided through how to perform each exercise correctly and will also be worked around your needs

  • The use of a Personal training app where we will log your sessions so you can see all exercise history and also celebrate achievements when you hit personal bests in your training

  • A free coffee consultation, where we meet before your session to discuss any questions you may have and to go over how the session works. This can be online or in person, whatever you’d prefer
