I’m Lottie and I’m a personal trainer specialising in PCOS management, fat loss transformations, hypertrophy and lifestyle coaching. I’m a big advocate for keeping things simple and always offering no bullshit advice.
I offer online coaching through a bespoke app and 121 private Personal Training sessions at a local gym based in East Sussex.
As someone who suffers with PCOS, over the past 8 years of training, I have healed my PCOS symptoms when once upon a time, I would have a menstrual cycle every 6 months and suffer from high and low moods to the point where I had no motivation to get up in the morning.

A complete personalised session with me, where you will be guided through how to perform each exercise correctly and will also be worked around your needs
The use of a Personal training app where we will log your sessions so you can see all exercise history and also celebrate achievements when you hit personal bests in your training
A free coffee consultation, where we meet before your session to discuss any questions you may have and to go over how the session works. This can be online or in person, whatever you’d prefer
